I recommend Gina, she was so helpful and took her time to always respond to my emails or phone calls. She would explain everything very well and always showed me empathy during a difficult time I was going through.

We had a complex transfer of ownership issue to settle, and after going through several Elderly Law Attorneys with no clear answers, we called The Law Firm of Gina Leguria. To our relief (and great satisfaction) Gina was able to help us through a complex deed transfer.
Gina asked us all the right questions and meticulously answered the questions we also had for her; and we were able to do all this over the phone.
After the situation was clear in to her, Gina (conveniently for us) emailed the documents that needed to be signed the very next day. When I returned the documents to her Firm, she laid out what steps were to follow next.
If you are like us, you don't really know where to start or what to ask when you need an attorney. Gina completely understood that and put us at ease right away.
Gina is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. We HIGHLY recommend her services!

I want to take a moment and let everyone know how amazing Gina Leguria is. From the first time I have ever met her she has been professional, courteous and warm. I have referred quite a few clients to Mrs. Leguria and I know when she is apart of a transaction there is no worries at all. I’m a big believer in follow through and commitment to excellence and this is what Mrs. Leguria illustrates through her practice. I will
Continue to make Mrs Leguria my number one go to when it comes to legal services. She is an asset to our community and sets the standard of integrity to the people she serves. She is a shining star to our city.

I cannot say enough good things about The Law Firm of Gina Leguria. We first met them when we needed to set up a special needs trust for our son. Gina was so helpful, understood our needs, and knew what she was doing. We had called other attorneys locally and no one seemed to understand our needs. She is reasonable in her prices also. She and her staff are very professional and always get back to us right away with answers to our questions or concerns. We have since used her legal services for setting up a business LLC. I would highly recommend her and have nothing but positive things to say.

My dad who lived in Modesto, CA passed away late 2019. I'm from NY and did not know of an attorney in California. After flying to Modesto I used good old google to find an attorney as I prayed to God I picked the right person for the job. After talking to a few lawyers and not being super happy I finally found The Law Firm of Gina Leguria. Gina Leguria is amazing!! She is a true professional, fast and did not leave any stone unturned. She was also transparent about the time frame to get through probate. Gina returned every email promptly and kept me abreast of every step...even through Covid. She also referred me to an excellent real estate agent to help me sell my dad's home FAST! Not one time did I feel in the dark about the process. Losing a parent is very sad and stressful and the one thing you need is a good attorney to get your affairs in order. Well Gina, is a GREAT attorney.

In the recent months a relative of mine has passed and Gina Leguria was hired to manage this relatives estate and holdings. I have called directly and spoken to her husband Jack, requesting a copy of the Will/Trust/documentation regarding my relative personally and providing the address I was requesting the Will/Trust/documentation be sent after another relative called and requested it for me twice. Jack stated he would give the message and address to Gina and was kind and professional. The Will/Documentation never came. Instead I received the letter I am posting at a later date.
After reviewing the letter and seeing the dates on the letter were stating that my relative made these arrangements roughly five (5) MONTHS AFTER the date on the letter sent to me I called and emailed Gina Leguria’s office. When I called a female answered and stated she would give Gina the message I called and relay to her the date was incorrect so I would like to speak with her to get some questions answered. I also scanned the letter into PDF format and emailed it with a short message. I also sent an email again requesting the Will/Trust/documentation stating I never received the Will/Trust/documentation and again provided the address I requested it be sent.
I only received one email from Gina Leguria stating that if I did not sign the paper consenting to waive my rights or my check would be delayed. She never responded to any of my phone calls to office when her husband Jack answered, nor when the female answered. She only answered when she wanted me to waive my rights, but not when I had questions because the letter with her signature stated my relative is making these arrangements roughly five (5) MONTHS AFTER DEATH. If a date in the letter is incorrect I have to wonder what numbers are correct with this attention to detail. Gina has over 20 years experience in her field so this is a bit scary. My relatives trusted her, so did many others, and unfortunately the attention to detail and the care to respond to questions, or even provide a copy of the paperwork requested that I'm supposed to be legally entitled to as a beneficiary makes this practice look very questionable. It's shocking a lawyer with so much experience on multiple boards is acting in this manner, unless there is some sort of an underlying motive or relationship with someone else attached to this specific case. I have phone records, texts from another family member stating they notified Gina multiple times and provided my address in addition to providing my information myself, emails, and documentation on letterhead with Gina's signature in blue ink as shown in the photo I have provided to prove that every word I have written is true.
With so much death around Covid-19, especially right now, there is a lot of work with this type of law – given the nature one would think sensitivity and attention to detail would be important to a lawyer, especially in this particular subject of the law however clearly it is not. Check your paperwork always, NEVER SIGN WITHOUT READING THOROUGHLY! After the fact it might not be possible to correct, change, or even address the situation. Do NOT let anyone or a situation push you-stay calm, read on, and after you fully understand AND agree, sign.
