She Absolutely the worst attorney in Modesto do not go to her for a divorce. They will run your bill up just by phone and email conversation you don’t even see her and talk to the paralegal she did absolutely nothing for me $14,000 later nothing

Going through a did or even can be scary and if you don’t have representation that can give you accurate information and have your best interest it can be even scarier.The first time I walked into court with these guys I knew I had the right representation by my side leading the way extremely knowledgeable and are well known when you walk into a court room you want people to know your lawyer and everyone knew mine including the bailiff’s in the courthouse 5 stars from me 👍

Just tried calling in regards to my divorce and the receptionist was doing her best to help me but she became very rude at the end when she knew I didn't live in the area but I got married in that county. I live 4hrs away and would've still went up to court over there to get my case handled.

Mr. Massoni was great. He was personable yet professional. I really appreciated his hard work, honesty, and approachability.

I will not recommend Lindsey A. Bannerman she was never clear on what she was going to do in regards my case. She never put the effort on what needed to be done because of her actions she made me feel my custody and divorce case were not important and she let time go by. Nothing was done on her end and I was the one emailing, texting and calling her office not realizing that I was being charge by the minute. I wouldn’t get answers from her staff or her so I would continue to call, email, and text finally she decided to quit and make a long list of charges and a extended written letter of why supposedly she was not providing her services anymore. She was too busy to handle my case but not busy to charge me over 3,500 or not to busy to write me a long letter on none sense why she was quitting. I became to understand that if you don’t have million to win in a divorce case or custody she will drain you for your money only by you making calls, emails and text then she will give you a huge bill explaining everything she did in your case. Very sad to say but true, Lindsey is only out for your money and if she knows you don’t have over 10,000 she will kick you to the curve. 😔 I had a very stressful experience hiring her as my custody and divorce lawyer. I do not recommend her at all.

You need a great family law attorney? You need an attorney to fight for you? Lindsey Bannerman is your go to!!! I found myself at the lowest place of my life, going through an addiction to alcohol and I lost my time with my child. I felt like the biggest loser and the most horrible father!! Lindsey was honest and up front with me, from the start. I had A LOT of trash on my street that I had to clean up. Lindsey guided me along my journey, was extremely patient and very understanding as well. When she was called upon all she did was hit grand slams!! I was hoping she would hit homeruns, but never expected her to hit grand slams. She fought for me through my child custody battles and aloud me to get more and more time with each and every court date. All she and we did was WIN!!!! I couldn't be any more happier and pleased with Lindsey and her team. Extremely professional, always polite and on top of my case every time I had an issue or question. I highly recommend calling Lindsey for your family law needs and/or questions. Guaranteed you will see how much of a sharp shooter and sniper she is.

Lindsey and staff are amazing! I contacted her for a child custody case. She quickly got my case processed though the courts efficiently. Her staff is very knowledgeable and they were there to assist every step of the way. I felt every supported and understood. I will definitely be referring her friends and family.

Calling Lindsey Bannerman to help me was one of the best decisions I have ever made. She is a wonderful person. My situation was very lengthy and complicated. I had called previous lawyers and even had hired a lawyer before her. While other lawyers did give me some great heartfelt advice, they were not interested in helping me, as they said they felt like it was going to be a long road and not enough compensation for their work. I almost gave up hope. I am a single mother with a son who has special medical needs and I had been fighting a custody battle as well. I prayed hard on what to do when I felt my options were running out and the little money I had, was wasting away with no solutions. I had a moment of despair, and literally prayed for hours on what to do. I woke up the next morning remembering someone had told me her name years ago, and I picked up the phone. She saw me in her office, and said she felt my story, and understood I needed a legal voice, and would be glad to help me and see this through. I cried. I was so happy I had finally gotten to where I needed to be after many months of research. I wish I would have called sooner! Her staff has been so helpful, and get back quickly with any questions you have. They never once made me feel silly with any questions I had. Lindsey stayed with me every step of the way and guided me and genuinely had my back from the moment we met. I would not have gotten through these last couple of years without her. She eased any insecurities and anxieties I had and professionally stood up and spoke about everything my son and I needed. We finally had a voice! I thank God everyday for her. Thank you to the entire office. If you are searching for a lawyer that does the right thing and whose heart is in the right place, this is the office to call! My son and I sleep safe and sound everynight thanks to this office. She's a go getter. Thank you Lindsey!
