Most disrespectful stuff and unprofessional behavior of the lawyer he was late to our paid consultation in 30 minutes, the. He canceled our second appointment his staff was rude and hang up on my face thanks god that i see all this before hire him !!

I hired Mr. Hogan to help me handle a short sale. Mr. Hogan was friendly and helpful. HOWEVER, after my consultation I was forwarded to his assistants (which I completely understand). The problem was, his assistants seemed completely disinterested in my case. They failed to keep my phone appointments, and I had to re-explain my case EVERY time because they had completely forgotten about me! One assistant was EXTREMELY RUDE (I can't remember her name). It was quite honestly THE WORST MONEY I'VE EVER SPENT. I subsequently fired Mr. Hogan's law firm, and hired another attorney who settled my issue in half the time at a fraction of the cost.

Save your money, find a different attorney Mr. Hogan is really good at filing continuances and coming to court unprepared. He took all my money and didn’t accomplish one thing.

After 10 years of fighting for custody I decided to get a lawyer. I was recommended Tom Hogan. He was pleasant to work with and aggressive in court. Thanks to him I got the 50/50 custody I have been fighting for by myself for 10 years. He will always be my go-to family attorney!

I don't like to say bad stuff about mentally challenged people. I just advise this guy is a crook

I had a great experience working with Tom and his team. They are completely straight forward with the information they give you. They showed that they had my best interest in mind and that they were in my corner of the legal battle. They answered all of my questions in a way that was understandable even though I had never had any legal case. If my question was not urgent, there were times I had to wait a day or 2 to get a reply. That is standard for any kind of business. They are in high demand, so scoop them up as soon as you can !

I mistakenly hired this guy for a relatively simple divorce. He did very little, but charged me very much. I eventually hired a different lawyer to get my case moving again. I have never felt so ripped off in all my life. He's one of the worst!

I wouldn't hire this unprofessional lawyer he's rude and will insult you in mediation he talks for his client knowing he's not suppose to speak . I have faced this joke of a lawyer twice once with a very good lawyer that I would hire 10 times before this guy and once on my own. I recommend Jessica dorn she ran circles around this guy she's super professional and does her job with detail and efficiently . everything I have said is the truth I'm trying to help other people by not hireing this worthless lawyer save your money and spend it some where else good luck to all of you

Our first meeting he sounded knowledgeable about family court, but that was far from the truth. He hardly said anything during mediation and didn't know my case, I ended up losing time with my son when I was there to see him more. I should of fired him then but it was to late to get another lawyer for child support. I now pay 33% of my take home to her. He was again silent and confused in the courtroom, and her lawyer knew it. I could tell he was not well respected by the other lawyers or the judge. It was embarrassing and it cost me dearly. There are better lawyers in Modesto who will charge less and will give more. Stay clear of this guy.

Tom has been very adamant about being current with my case and going beyond what I expected from my attorney. He actually does what an attorney is supposed to do. I find this surprising because the last 4 attorneys I hired were not ethical. I definitely recommend Tom to represent you in your family law case.
