I was incarcerated with a 1.3 million dollar bail. At my first court hearing, Mr. Rodriguez was able to reduce my bail down to $250,000. Fortunately, I was able to bail out. I requested that we prolong the court proceedings for as long as possible. The judge and DA did not make it an easy task, but Mr. Rodriguez was able to push it out just over a year after my initial arrest. Mr. Rodriguez grilled the plaintiff on the stand using video evidence, which the plaintiff provided to strengthen his case against me. Mr. Rodriguez was able to convince the judge that my case was not suited for his court and my charges were dropped down to a misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon. At my first appearance at misdemeanor court Mr. Rodriguez was able to get me a deal of a lifetime. I plead no contest to misdemeanor hit and run. He was able to barter a deal with the judge and DA. If I stay out of trouble for a year, all charges will be dropped, and this charge will be removed from my record completely. Justin Rodriguez, along with Emmanuel Guapo were with me every step of the way and fought for me like no other attorney I've hired in the past. I highly recommend their services.
