Helped me when I needed them

Not very honest, I spoke with attorney Brett and he said would mail out docs right away and I called 3 days later and Sylvia said the package hasn't been mailed out??? And I asked Brett for a person who was working there and he said he would have him call me, but according to Sylvia Albert hasn't worked there for the last 3years! I asked why didn't Brett just say he didn't work there anymore? I asked them to drop everything.....
