Was looking for an attorney to handle my case, was ready to make an appointment with this Attorney, but the receptionist (a guy) who answered the phone was rude and had a tone in his voice like I was being a nuisance. I merely asked if we could pay by credit card, and the guy said "Yeah, but it would be a lot of work, have to take a picture of the ID" And so on. You get the idea. Made me feel like I was hassling him when the call was less than 3 minutes. I did not ask for any legal advice, just merely to pay for the consultation fee. Call another attorney who doesn't want to rush you off the phone. Get a better receptionist. I should've listened to the review left 4 months ago about the receptionist being rude. Why go with someone who doesn't want to hear you talk. UPDATE: It's only been 5 hours since I've left this review and they texted me (I have never texted them before) and they have sent me a picture of the credit card authorization form, and then called me about 2 hours later (again, unrequested,) and then texted me right after (instead of leaving a voicemail,) "Please confirm your appointment. " NO THANK YOU.

Maybe hire someone competent to answer your phone. Called in to ask a general question and the guy was rude and seemed annoyed in a less than a minute conversation. I wouldn’t pay $200 for a half an hour consultation if I have to deal with people like him.
