I've only seen an attorney regarding our estate planning. This interaction was something different regarding an individual making a request of restitution for a loss for which he claimed we were responsible, a scary situation for me as it turns out. Although she needed to be candid w.r.t. how CA law regards such incidents of the nature being discussed, Ms DeBartolo handled my concerns with grace and sensitivity to my concerns. She even guided me to a specialist in matters of this nature. clearly I would recommend her

I met with Ms. DeBartolo about a situation I had with a former employer and some contract issues, and she was fantastic. She carefully explained all the contract language that I was fuzzy on, while also siting the legalities of certain situations that I was wondering about. She answered all my questions in a clear way, and was extremely efficient with our time. She also gave great advice for the future. When dealing with my next contract or any employment matters, I am definitely going back to Ms. DeBartolo! HIGHLY recommended!

Elisabeth listened well, asked pertinent questions, then spelled out the specific steps to take. She also supplied examples, reviewed the documentation and gave me alternatives for a range of responses. Employment issues are rarely straightforward and I appreciated her taking the time converse about the positives and negatives of responding in a certain manner. She was also clear about the cost of her time and billed fairly. I would highly recommend her.
