I have used Ken as an advisor on two different personal injury cases involving both a friend and a relative. One involved an automobile accident and the other an injury received while performing their job at the work place. His knowledge of what a client may be entitled to and why, has been not only insightful but also beneficial in evaluating the possible ongoing issues that the clients may face as a result of the injuries they received. I was injured in a car accident in 2009. After consulting with several other attorneys, my case was discounted due to the lack of structural damage to my vehicle. I shared my case with a semi-retired attorney in Monterey County. He referred me to Ken. Since then, Ken has been instrumental in helping settle parts of my legal claims for bodily injury, property damage, and pain and suffering. The process has been lengthy, but I got results! Ken and his associate Jessica are a perfect legal team. Their backup office team compliments their legal prowess. The office is less formal than some legal offices but this doesn't keep then from being fierce and sharp in their legal strategies.
