Do yourself a favor. DO NOT GO THERE. They just ghost you after you sign the contact. They make you do all the work and they take half of the settlement…. Do not go!

The other driver rear ended my car, attorney Winston Phan work on my case. I was not happy with his service, his staff are very lazy and his way of doing business are very unprofessional. My case took over a year to settle, i was very assertive with this attorney, they wanted me to do all the work and in the end the attorney took half of the settlement. Under my honest impression, i felt that this attorney didn't care or somhow he felt it wasn't profitable enough where he wants to put his effort. The office has a vibe, my first impression didn't seem so enticing!!! The staff are super rude when answering phone calls and during my 5 visits at the office, i kind of sense that the worker there are not too happy. Responsive and informative was not on Mr. Winston Phan top priority!! Example of living prove, when my initial email took more than 2 days before i got a responses from them. Sorry..... i should say, he does not email or answer phone calls, all his staff does all the gut work. He stays out of the picture, until the case was settleed, i finally saw him when i came in to pick up the settlement check. Here is another living prove of unprofessional business!! A person by the name of Kelly, her job title (settlement cordinator & negotiator) She does not have the credential to deal with adjuster or even i would say be a negotiator. My first informal offer from the other insurance company started in August of 2012 went 5 months until Jan of 2013 to finally reach a settlement. Final settlement ended on 12/16/2013, the insurance finally cut the check on 1/09/2013. It shows you she lack of interest and she doesn't want to commit of her job duties. Nothing personal; She Does Not Know Her Job Responsibility!!! In-all i Do Not Recommend this attorney to anyone that is out there! They do not have trained professional staffs to handle your case. Trust me i've been there, you can save lots of time, money and headache if you hire a specialized attorney for your car accident.
