Extremely disappointing experience. I opened a support ticket regarding my refund request, and it was closed within a minute without any communication or resolution. Prior to this, the team had already failed to accommodate my availability despite confirming they would check with their team. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer concerns speaks volumes about their work culture. I do not recommend their services. 🚫

I don’t know where to begin. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this company completely. Pay a bit extra if you can and get a small “mom & pop” trademark attorney who actually works with you. I utilized trademarkia to get my trademark up and running. It was pretty smooth to begin with you work with the attorney’s assistants a lot but at the very beginning they are able to walk you through everything you need to know and advise you. The free fall starts after the examiner looks at your application and deems extra information is needed. Trademarkia will abandon you after your trademark application is submitted. My trademark received an office action notice that my attorney failed to respond to. It was only after I happen to check the progress of my application on the uspto did I see that and it had been a month since it was issued. I reached out to them via email to let them know of the office action notice on the uspto website (which should not be my job, I paid legal fees for a reason) with no response to which I then called, spoke to an assistant who said they will let my attorney know. A month later still no update on what I should do on my end. After finally emailing back and forth, 2 whole months after my notice was issued I’m now getting rushed since you only have 3 months to respond to the notice and told I need to pay $600 in legal fees in order for them to respond to the notice??? Tried scheduling a call with my attorney to understand what exactly is going on and crickets. 0/10 would not recommend

I paid $499 for my copyright registration and get nothing. An email sent to me ask for trademark registration instead and ask me to pay EXTRA "Premium: US Trademark Filing - $499 in legal fees per class + $350 in government fees per class when we file" which is ridiculous. I replied back and hear nothing back. I will dispute my charge with my bank if I do not hear back within 24 hours. AVOID!

If Trademarkia is not a scam or fraud, it is the most deficient service I have ever tried. They claim that their searches are conducted by qualified attorneys and that they use AI tools, but not only do they take forever and fail to meet the deadlines they promise in writing, but the reports also make no sense. The attorneys are not accessible to discuss the results. In the end, it’s a scam or a money-wasting service. Do yourself a favor and don’t hire this service, which is, at best, extremely deficient. This is a humble opinion from a trademark and intellectual property attorney practicing since 2008.

Be careful as this is often added in to other companies' services and then they auto-renew you. The cancellation process is very difficult, relying on answering a phone call from them at thier convenience. I have not been able to cancel yet.

I would highly advise for anyone trying to register a trademark to stay away from this company. The subscription service is misleading, and I've already paid hundreds of dollars before I even got to pay to submit the trademark itself. When I call customer service, its clearly people at a call center in another country who are hasty, rush you off the phone and extremely rude. Avoid using this company at all costs.

I feel scammed, BE AWARE ! All agents are miss leading information just to get you to pay! then NO refund. SCAM ! Rude customer service. sound like call center from other country. They wont return your money back. bad monkey business. search other places and be safe.
