Very good experience with the Alcorn Immigration Law team. I was applying for a NIW green card program and they definitely help me a lot, formatting the documents, preparing the petition, etc... Without them, in this particular challenging time, sure that the result would have been different, btw I have been approved. So I recommend this law firm, they work great for you. Honestly I cannot make any feedback about the cost as I did not check the prices elsewhere but it seems to me that they are not earning on clients' back. For example, when I came with already some draft documents prepared, they offered me a discount !! I am pretty sure that not all law firm is doing it !!

I am a UK citizen currently, at the time of writing this reference, working for a European company as Managing Director of the US subsidiary. I have been working in this position holding a visa which is explicitly tied to this company. This year I agreed to take on a new role at a different company and the company engaged Alcorn Immigration Law to take on my case and petition for the new visa that I would need to stay in the US and to take on this new role. On many levels this new role would be life changing, and as an expatriate the idea of changing roles and visas is a little unnerving given what is at stake. The team at Alcorn Immigration Law were exceptional. First in terms of the breadth and clarity of advice given to me by Sophie while exploring the most suitable visa types and then during application preparation process. The visa type that I had to apply for has a complex set of criteria that need to be met and proven to ensure a successful application, inasmuch the visa status is difficult to achieve. The team were exceptionally diligent, professional, supportive, and timely as they worked with me to draft a multifaceted and lengthy petition for a nonimmigrant worker status. Montgomery Paisano concluded my divorce for me in MAY2020, during the Covid-19 pandemic. He was responsive and always looking out for me. He recommended changes to the draft Marriage Settlement Agreement, which we accepted, and the Agreement was accepted without comment by the Family Court. Working like that during a pandemic shows commitment. I made a good choice is working with Montgomery.
