Mitesh was great at explaining the entire process for a business dispute that I had with an ex-partner. He was able to handle the matter proficiently and kept me updated throughout every step in the process, very knowledgeable and helpful, all while keeping costs within a budget we had set prior to starting. Would highly recommend him for business needs. While I never met him in person (which I was unsure about at first), he was always available for questions.

I originally found attorney Mitesh Patel through legalforce, a trademark and patent filing service. At the time I needed to file for a trademark but I was not familiar with the process and I had no idea how to get started. He contacted me after I filed out my application and alerted me to some errors I made when filling out the document. After correcting these issues he stayed in contact with me throughout the process and was very patient when answering all of my questions. Now I currently have a registered trademark and I have him assist me for all of my legal business needs (i.e. contracts, incorporation and recently, licensing out my franchise. In total he's an honest, intelligent attorney that I refer all of my business colleagues to.
