After time and time again I was let down by others who just seemed they wanted another check. We are so lucky we came across Law office of Sharon Tate. My attorney Daniel and Roxanne made sure it was an easy as can be experience, very professional, on point, and you really can't ask for more.

Sharon and her team ( Especially Lisa ) are the best!!! They took my case after 2 other attorneys told me that it was an uphill battle and another told me I was going to lose. Thanks for proving them all wrong Sharon Tate!!! Sharon was clearly in her element when we walking in to the trial. From her questing to people on the stand and her knowledge of the law on knowing when to object was outstanding. What I saw in there was a clinic being put on, opposing and or Law student should have seen. Sharon and her team won the most important thing in my life, MY KIDS. Thanks Again

I had to obtain a family law attorney. I interviewed a few and chose the law firm of Sharon L Tate. Daniel Ratajczak was my representative. The firm was very responsive, helpful, guided me through the process, and explained each step and choices.

Helped me when they wanted to. I have had an attorney for eight years and that attorney had gotten sick and was no longer practicing law so I was forced to obtain a new lawyer I went with this office and thought everything was going smooth until they decided my case was over which it is not .and I told them it was not over they made me sign a release of attorney something or other and charged me for them making me relieve them of their duty when I was not willing to and did not want to. I still need a lawyer I am now going and obtaining a Nother lawyer and I had one and for no reason they decided they were no longer going to represent me for no reason

As a father looking for help with custody in California it's safe to say I felt confused, nervous, and lost. Sharon, Daniel, and Roxanne made this emotionally challenging endeavor as worry free as possible. Roxanne is always courteous to stay in touch throughout the case working tirelessly behind the scenes to make your court appearance paperwork as complete as possible. Once the court date arrived Sharon was a godsend with her steadfast knowledge of law and determination to fight for me. I honestly couldn't have succeeded in obtaining custody of my children without Sharon and her wonderful supporting team. I met Sharon and her staff a few years ago at the beginning of a very turbulent time for me. I had never had any dealings with attorneys but I felt completely at ease each time I met or spoke with them. She is very dedicated, honest, compassionate and understanding and didn't make me feel like I was just another case. I know others who have attained her services and they are also very happy with how their case was handled. She told me up front how my case would go and about how much it would cost..and was right on. Obviously many things are out of her control but she always seemed to be a step ahead and would willingly counsel anytime. She and Joan were there for me to the end and beyond and I am very thankful. Sharon was a great attorney. She quickly settled a very important issue between my ex-wife and I. I was able to trust her with matters of the law that I did not understand. She created a much more solid and detailed MSA for me after my first one had some grey areas. She was kind and friendly and was able to calm a situation that could have gone very bad.

If you want a great lawyer that will treat you like a human being, and not a walking dollar sign, talk to Sharon Tate. She will listen to your concerns, give you great counsel (so listen to her!), she genuinely cares about her clients, and her staff is incredibly helpful. Sharon is the most amazing and caring person. When I first met with her she was very patient and helpful. She spent a significant amount of time giving me advice and answering questions during our consultation, she did not rush me at all. Before meeting Sharon, I had met with a number of other attorneys who kept the questions to a minimum and almost immediately requested fees for further advice. She truly cares about you and what you are going through. She puts so much of herself into your case. From day one she has always been very supportive and genuine.
