I called this attorney today due to a problem of a neighbors pipes flooding my back yard which prevents me from re establishing my garden. I have not been home in 11 years and want to grow food. This attorney was not able to help me since he doesn't do litigation anymore. However he gave me good advice, some suggestions to start with, and I can't tell you how much of his kindness came through in just one brief phone call. This man clearly has integrity.
