Margie is amazing! She has helped me with all my legal needs for the past 6 years. I recently went through a complicated divorce and Margie's experience guided me to get the results I wanted. She has successfully helped me with Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, and TRO. I always felt protected and in good hands while working with Margie throughout this painful experience. I hired margie about a week prior to my custody hearing, I had gotten all of paperwork filed and turned into to her to review and make her case. I got a call from her at 9:30pm the night prior to court to discuss my case. She had 2 other case there that morning and kept scrambling back and forth between cases, I don't feel she was prepared what so ever and talked me into settling with the other side which I didn't want to do. I took my ex to court to get a few more days with my son and she got me less time with my son and I lost being able to claim him as a dependent. I'm not sure if this is standard for her but I definitely wouldn't recommend her based on my experience.

Margie is an amazing, knowledgeable, level-headed, effective and affordable attorney. Margie helped me navigate a custody battle that had left me confused and upset after many months of going at it without representation. She is a great listener, empathetic and her whole office makes you feel comfortable in an otherwise uncomfortable legal situation. Margie walked me through what to expect during custody mediation and how to best present myself and my position. Margie’s paralegals and office staff are as excellent as she is, and together we prepared concise and convincing supplemental declarations which ultimately made my ex and his attorney concede and agree to all my demands and custody guidelines without ever having to go in front of a judge. I also know that if we had had to argue our case in front of a judge I would have been more then confident in Margie’s ability to do so. I didn’t feel heard and listened to. Everything is always rushed and last minute. Communication was an issue. I didn’t feel like she was on my side. Anytime we communicated I felt anxiety because of this issue. She promised to help walk me through this process and instead I felt like satisfying opposing counsel was her priority over satisfying her client.
