I connected with Shoup Legal through a seminar they were doing about Estate Planning, knowing I needed to something about our Estate and or Will this turned out to be a really informative seminar. I ended up having Shoup Legal completely create my family trust. I can say I was thoroughly impressed with their attention to detail and the schedules they provided to put this complete Estate plan together. Ours was not overly complicated but it did involve a few properties and a couple of businesses all of which I had no idea about how to handle. All I can say if you are planning on using one to the cheap internet planning services you will get what you pay for. I feel very secure that all of the Estate documents are well organized and they should cover any issues should they come up. I also had David Shoup take care of my corporation legal paperwork which was also lacking in yearly maintenance and documentation. He took many years of corporate info and brought it all current and correct to make sure my corporation is in total compliance.
