I had an appointment with Michelle at the Ashcraft Law firm, I was very happy with our meeting. I own a tax office and refer clients to attorney's all the time. Law firms are typically intimidating but Michelle has the ability to make you feel at ease, she's efficient and communicates the process in an easy to understand manner. I would highly refer her firm because I know she will make you feel comfortable and make the process simple.

Joselina Medrano was my bankruptcy attorney. She was very nice and professional walked me through the process of filing Chapter 13. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable during the process. I am just amazed of the great deal she was able to get approved for me. My monthly payment are affordable and the percentage of debit that I have to pay back was unbelievable low. I don't wish anyone to be in my situation and having to file bankruptcy put if you do defiantly go to Joselina Medrano she is the best!!!

I’m really late with my rating for this law firm but if you are seeking help the Ashcraft firm is the place to go. The process for bankruptcy may be intimidating but the whole team here really makes you feel at ease. They give you all the information you need to know and continue to keep you updated as the process continues. If your unsure about which law firm to choose you should choose Ashcraft firm, you will be just as happy with your experience as I was for mine.

The Ashcraft Firm was incredible. My lawyer was with me every step of the way and the ladies are always polite when speaking with them. I was amazed as to how the still conducted business during a pandemic with efficiency and grace. Thank you all!!!

I was happily surprised how easy and stress free this experience was. I was very nervous to call and get started but Michelle Perkins took my information and got me started. Soon enough, I was introduced to Joselina Medrano, the attorney that handled my case. She helped calm my nerves right away. Everything was done over Zoom or by telephone. All aspects were explained by telephone plus written documents were emailed to me. I can easily say that I will recommend this firm to anybody needing assistance. This is a professional firm!

Pat Ashcraft is the best. She Did a Chapter 13 for us over 10 years ago, I've reffered several people to her and they all had the same experience. I would definitely recommend at least sitting down for a consult.

If you measure the quality of a business by the character of the individual, then Greg, and the Ashcraft firm, needs to be your first choice!
Greg is genuine and will never bombard you with legal jargon. He will treat you like family and explain the process in a personal and simple manor.
I have never had the privilege of working with Greg or his firm yet, however, I do know Greg and wholeheartedly recommend him for your families
