Parwana Anwar is the most professional and personable attorney that I have ever had the pleasure of hiring. She advised, guided, and comforted me through the entire process. I felt completely at ease knowing that I had such an experienced, knowledgeable, top notch attorney at my side. Parwana has a Wonderful payment plan, which I absolutely needed. She personally addressed the DMV on my behalf. I was already on Federal probation for another crime and got caught driving more than double the legal alcohol intoxication limit. So I was facing Serious enhanced penalties and fines! Parwana negotiated an amazing plea deal for me!! She was the miracle that saved me in front of the judge and DA!! No jail, minimized fines, no community service, and shortened dui class so that I got my driver's license back immediately. She saved me thousands of dollars and spared me from much lost work time. From personally going on my behalf at the DMV hearing to negotiating a plea deal with the DA that saved me $$Thousands$$!! I was more than double the legal limit, so I was facing enhanced penalties and fines. Parwana got my fines lowered, community service work release waived, no jail time, and received only a 3 month dui class instead of a 9 month course. The fact that she was a prosecutor for many years gives her the edge that you absolutely need by your side. If you're in a Riverside courtroom, there is a really good chance that Parwana personally knows every Judge, DA, Bailiff, clerk, etc. in the entire building, because she worked on their side for years! I would just like to express how thankful and appreciative my family and I are to have met Attorney Parwana Anwar. I could not have asked for a more qualified criminal defense lawyer to handle my case. I began my search for a criminal defense lawyer back in March when I was charged with a 2nd DUI. I was drawn to Attorney Parwana Anwar because of her outstanding online reviews and impressive work experience. After initially contacting Attorney Parwana Anwar and introducing myself, I felt a tremendous amount of stress relieved from my shoulders. I gave her a brief explanation of my situation and all the details to my knowledge. She then introduced herself and gave us an impressive insight of her professional background. Once we sat down and reviewed my case in depth together, Attorney Parwana explained the charges filed against me and the errors she saw in my case. She then explained how the prosecutor's office could try to go about our case and how we could select the best strategy for my defense. She then went on to explain how the DMV would have its own legal process and hearings. Attorney Parwana was very thorough with all the information that was coming in, she was very informative and super knowledgeable. Any questions that I had she answered immediately and confidently. After three long months, back in June we finally went to court in Murrieta. The morning of court several thoughts were racing through my head and the outcomes that could happen. Attorney Parwana gave an outstanding defense. When we were in court she dismantled the prosecutor's office apart. It was clear that she worked very hard on my case and had every answer thought out.
