Waste of time! They got all my info and said I will have appointment with a attorney but that never happened! They set up appointment with a assistant that wasn't a lawyer!

I hired this law firm to assist me on a very important family custody regarding my ex taking my daughter out of state. As a first responder and a military veteran, I am very well aware on how attorneys function. Such as opposing counsel trying to have my case continued for several months. I informed this law firm of not only my situation but also the play by play that opposing counsel was going to do. I hired this firm in October 2024 and my hearing was held in December 2024. Within those 2 months they charged me just under $9000 and no work was done. This law firm failed to complete my case in December, as they did not work on my case and made mistakes of not serving opposing counsel. The lack and negligence of their concern to my case allowed opposing counsel to have my case continued until February 2025. After they had the case continued, I told them about my concerns and all they cared was about more money. I told them that I was not going to provide them any more money and if they would like to drop my case to let me know and I would hire another law firm. This firm did not notify me of the standings and only notified opposing counsel that they were no longer representing me. When they notified opposing counsel, this firm had not filed a substitution of attorney. When opposing counsel told about this matter, I was lost and confused at first. I then searched for a better law firm. At this time they have done way more work than this law firm, such as ex partes and visitations (too early to rate them). However, when my new firm started the substitution of attorney, this law firm provided my new attorney false information and filed their own substitution of attorney. The immature act of this law firm delayed my new attorney to take over in a timely manner and it also caused me to lose Winter break visitation days with my daughter. I called this law firm out on their actions and once again they did not care. All they wanted was more money. I am currently in the process of getting them for legal malpractice. I just want to warn those that are truly fighting for their child(ren) to look for another attorney and not waste your money. If this law firm is capable of stealing from a first responder and military veteran after being provided a play by play, I can only imagine for the hardworking single parents that do not know about the court and custody system. My case was a simple custody battle with no domestic violence, CPS and/or police contact. All I needed this law firm to do was to complete court documents properly and have them serve those that needed to be serve properly. Especially since my ex alone had violated state laws by taking our daughter out of state without my consent. Feel free to reach out to me if any questions arise and other documents you would like to see from this horrible law firm.

Horrible with communication and representing clients. The Bar will be contacted against a specific attorney in this firm. $$$ and no legal representation in a timely matter.

Filing for bankruptcy can be such a stressful, depressing and emotional process, however the ladies at New Tomorrow made this experience the absolute best that it could be. We can’t say enough good things about Shalah and Shyan, but I’ll try! They made the whole process incredibly easy on us and they were so empathetic, supportive, caring, compassionate and professional! They are such a blessing and completely turned around the dark place we were in considering filing for bankruptcy and they helped bring us so much peace. If you are considering filing for bankruptcy it doesn’t have to be a scary/depressing experience if you have the right people helping you. I 100 out of 10 recommend them! Scammers . AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They will take thousands for retention, make you do all of the leg work then drop you if you do not cough up thousands more. Bar needs to investigate.

Everyone I dealt with at Grey Legal Group, APC was courteous, professional and responsive. My attorney, Deborah Fujiwara, was kind, honest, and knowledgeable. During the process and trial, she guided me every step of the way. On trial day she was so organized and professional, like a pro attorney you expect to see in a big budget cinematic courtroom drama– only without the arrogance. Honestly, the contrast between Mrs. Fujiwara and the opposing counsel was like night and day. Her professionalism was impressive and helped reduce my anxiety and inspired confidence. They are the absolute worst! They pretend to be there for you and will do anything to help you until they run the credit card. Then they are only there to pretend to be working for you and your family while racking up fake charges. They supposedly used up $8,000 in 4 weeks. We didn’t even get to mediation. Then when questioned about the charges……we were fired as clients. Robert, one of the head attorneys lied and begged for us to not take our business elsewhere until the money was gone. Once that happened, he went ghost and wouldn’t respond. The billing manager Crystal, has no compassion and doesn’t care about the clients! Then they had the audacity to give me a refund of $53 out of $8,000 and literally did NOTHING for us. Just pretending all the way. They do not care about you, your situation or helping to fight for your family. They feed off of desperation. Stay clear of them

I can't say enough about Allison and the team at Grey Legal group. Their impeccability, integrity and thoughtful attention to detail are a rarity it seems these day. If I could give them negative stars I would! Waste of money for a legal team claim they are all about but family but they are only about your money!!!! They don’t listen to you and the basic process in the family court system you can do yourself with a paralegal. They don’t fight for you you are just dollar signs to them. Definitely not worth the money they take from you.

Highly recommend Sharon Tate. She fought for everything that I asked for and I won. Grey Legal group kept me up to date on everything that was going on with my case. It was a long battle but overall very happy .
