I will be forever grateful to The Khan Law Firm, Inc., especially Attorney Emily Brooks, for helping me obtain my 10-year green card. My case was quite complicated as it involved domestic abuse, and I was the one petitioning for myself. While my application was ongoing, I hit rock bottom, which made my application even more complicated. It took three years for me to get my green card. But, Attorney Brooks and her associates were with me every step of the way. They treated me with respect, and they were patient. I feel like the amount of money I paid for their service was not enough due to the enormous work and time they had put into my case. I looked into several different firms to assist with my husband's Permanent Residency Petition. In the end, I decided on The Khan Law Firm due to it being a smaller firm where I felt our case would get the attention it needed. I also felt their fees were reasonable, compared to many of the others I had spoken with. I'm happy with my choice, as we ended up having some bumps in the road and our attorney, Emily Brooks, always responded quickly to my emails and never-ending questions. Emily was patient, knowledgeable, and persistent. She is experienced with waivers, and was able to provide an excellent response to the blue slip (221-g) my husband received at his interview.

Khan and his team work with me side by side since 2018 when I’m almost fell in the deportations hole on my one week left on my green card before expired , khan and his law firm give all they got to work with my case ,couple of months on that year I finally renewed my green card .
