I have had a chance to work with Mr Stefanos Georgousopoulos from the Khan Law Firm, and unlike my any other experiences with some other law firms in the past for some other topics, Mr. Georgousopoulos has kept a very clear focus on helping me from the day one,. He even provided very accurate and honest consultancy for free initially, moreover he even advised me to handle my case on my own because it was not really a case normally I would need a lawyer, however I chose to work with Mr.Georgousopoulos mainly because of lack of my time, which happened to be a very good decision at the end due to some unanticipated issues later came up during the process. In short, he did everything on timely manner, accurate and professional and my case got resolved successfully without me spending any significant time on it, and he took care of everything for me. The only thing I needed to do is to provide some background, what I need and sing my declaration, that was it. I cannot express enough how satisfied I was with the support. I called The Khan Law Firm yesterday and spoke to Stefanos. My wife and I recently received citizenship, but a few days prior my wife's mother in the UK passed away unexpectedly. Since the USCIS takes your permanent residency card at the citizenship interview she needed a passport urgently and due to Covid its almost impossible to get an appointment. Caring attorneys that worked well with us every step of the way toward acquisition of the green card. All required forms are available online. However some of them are quite nuanced, and may be confusing in their ambiguity. The khan law office and stuff are so unprofessional and rude to their customers when trying to see if he can take my case which I am willing to pay a high price then but everyone is so rude and disrespectful. They pass on the information that don’t take this customer servilely because we don’t have time. Poor quality poor values not professional not responsive are all definition of khan law firm. You guys can go to hell for ur poor customer service and unprofessionalism and rude and disrespectful.

I highly recommend Nas Khan Montoya. Recently had an issue with my sister's Visa Classification with the National Visa Center recognizing her as an adult when the application was filed when she was a minor. Atty. Khan is such an honest man. He could have just taken the fee but he didn't until he was sure that the case can be resolved. He was very informative of the process that needs to be taken. Assured me that he will do everything to achieve the desired result. 2 weeks after hiring him, her Visa Classification has been resolved and the National Visa Center has adjusted her from F24 to F22.
