Had a great experience setting up our living trust. We had put it off for so long because we found the process so intimidating. Trevor and his staff made it so easy. We appreciated the flat rate for all of the documents that our situation required. Most of the discussions were done online with one in-person appointment for signing. The communication between the office and us was wonderful. They know how to use technology to simplify the process. Trevor was highly recommended to us by a trusted friend and he STILL exceeded our expectations.

We had a wonderful experience with Trevor in setting up our trust. The previous one dated from 1990 and was hopelessly out of date. The preliminaries were all done by phone and the signing (and more signing) was done in a morning. They had been recommended to us and they certainly exceeded our expectations.

My parents needed help with a trust and I was tasked with finding them the best attorney for the job. After some online research and a couple phone calls, I found Rose Law Firm in Napa. After our initial consultation with Trevor, I knew we had found the right place. Estate planning can be a confusing topic, but Trevor answered all of our questions and made my parents feel really comfortable and respected.
