I was referred to Jason by a trusted and very experienced real estate agent to help me with a challenging tenant issue and Jason managed every step of the process with the utmost professionalism, expertise, and integrity. He is very knowledgeable about all real estate related law and also has excellent instincts about how to deal with difficult people matters that often arise in legal matters. He is quick to respond, concise in his assessments and recommendations, and does a great job at efficiently guiding his clients to effective resolution. I highly recommend Jason for any legal real estate related needs.

Jason Luros has represented my family in a legal capcity -more specifically in real estate management/ legal matters. We have found his professional acumen to be of the upper crest. Rates are reasonable and he gets the work done when it needs to be done. Moreover, the hard work is completed in a timely and fair minded way. He is even-keeled and compassionate, balancing the legal forbearance along with an ethical standard of conduct… which is not the easiest line to walk.

Jason Luros is sharp legal eagle with deep knowledge of the law, and a pragmatic approach to conflict resolution. It doesn’t hurt that he’s one of the most kind-hearted people I have met, sincere in his help of others. Highly recommend having him on your side.

I mistakenly rated Jason one star 2 years ago, I cannot get into that account at this time but will be changing my rating when I am able in 48 hours, acc. to Google.
Anyway, we were not Jason's clients, our landlords were but we just want to say that Jason was very thorough, he definitely knows the law but even though he was opposing counsel, he treated us respectfully and was kind to us for what we were going through yet never crossed any ethical lines, he was definitely working hard for his client. If I ever needed a tenant-landlord attorney, I would use him, especially after talking to all the other attorneys with this specialty in Napa, we were sure sorry our landlords got him, we would have loved to have had him represent us.

Hi Jason,
Want to make sure you see that the court ruled that the area where the leak was the responsibility of the HOA. And since you were IN-HOUSE counsel for the HOA and added $4200 to the Pre-lien notice for Leak Repair, it makes the WHOLE foreclosure you were in charge of INVALID. I handed to you personally on 1.19.2017 a letter requesting an IDR (FREE MEETING) and and an ADR. OUr governing documents state the HOA cannot even initiate a foreclosure WITHOUT an ADR.
Please if anyone is considering using this FIRM Please feel free to attend the Trial of Cootes vs Pear Tree on March 28th 2023 in Court Room A.. ANYONE can zoom in so you can decide if Jason was grossly negligent by NOT listening to his CLIENT. His CLIENT was the HOA and NOT the Property Management Company who's OWNER determined anything inside my walls is MY responsibility, but he seems to forget who his client is and now all these owners are looking at 5 to 6 figure ASSESSMENTS EACH!
The Property Management Company, REGARDLESS of who's responsibility the leak is or was, needed to come and LOOK at the leak the very first time I reported it. They did NOTHING for 18 months which lead to 875 sq ft of toxin producing mold which lead to my 10 days stay in the hospital which now that the leak was determined to be the HOA responsibility they will have to pay for my MEDICAL bills as well if the jury decides to award them.
