Sharif from Shah Peerally Law Group, is a super attorney with lots of confidence in his abilities. I had a very pleasant and rewarding experience with Sharif for my EB1 filing. As lots of people from India, I was stuck in the EB2 queue for 8 yrs before I was put into contact with Sharif from Mr Shah (Shah Peerally Group). He did a very thorough evaluation of my case and was very confident that I can apply in EB1 category. He immediately set up few sessions with me for collecting necessary documents and building up the case. Once we had everything, the most interesting part is his RFE review process and if the case clears it, it will be through. We did go back and forth on few things to make sure that my case gets approved in first attempt itself. It definitely would test your patience but in the end, its worth it. I had my approval in a week after USCIS received it. He is very detailed and understands the concerns that everyone in my boat, would have. Once we are done with my I140 approval, I have retained Sharif's services for I485 and next phases.
