Mr Swanson handled my Family Trust with one family member until completed although there was 3 of us. He assisted one of the trustee of the estate to hide $ info from the others for 1 year after the death although the info was readily available immediately. He ignorned medical records establishing my parent as legally incompetent and changed the Trust based on his observation that client was lucid! Scary that he teaches other attorneys this way. I do not believe that this is a legitimate honest Attorney. Actual score should be less than zero.
