Recently my wife and I had a living trust that was created in 1999 updated by Stephen Wood of Wood Law. Before contacting Stephen I did quite a bit of research on if we should do an update at all and if it would be better to use legal counsel as opposed to something like a para legal. From the first time I contacted Wood Law I have been extremely please with their service. First of all even thought I called them on a weekend Stephen called my right back. His is always available and has the answers for every question. Since he only does estate planning he totally knows this subject and answered every question and concern right on the spot. Also he produced a new binder with a detailed, updated living trust. This was an excellent work product. For anyone who is looking for a detailed living trust with absolute total backup I would very much recommend Wood Law. They also have a reasonable price for the trust without endless billing charges for every time you call him. The service and product from Stephen of Wood Law is highly, highly recommended.

Stephen Wood is a very capable and knowledgeable attorney, great to work with. He helped us create our Estate Plan, Advanced Healthcare Directives and updated our Special Needs Trust. We also were encouraged to think through the tax implications for our heirs, and we learned when a retirement trust can be useful.
