This attorney is only concerned with billing. He is motivated by his own self interest. He does unnecessary work. He could have resolved the case early on for a small amount. He counseled against it and insisted upon preparing the case for trial (expensive). By the time he counseled trying to settle, I had paid out more (to him) than the other side would have taken early on. Plus, with the added expenses and disclosure of more information, the other side demanded more $$$,.
