I am more than grateful to have been able to find Allen Flatt Ballidis & Leslie. Thinking I could handle the insurance company from me having previous law firm working experience was a wrong move. The insurance company was trying to screw me over and low ball me. Same old insurance story they try to seem like your friends until the end. My attorney was Arshia, a very bright and highly experienced accident attorney that guided me through out the whole process. Arshia was there for any meetings, depositions, doctor visits, Mediation and answered all my questions as we went along. Trust with Arshia came quick as she helped me more than what I've seen other attorneys do from when I worked in a law firm myself. I knew I was in good hands with how easily she could calm me down by guiding me through every scenario we could go thru, and answered all my emails and phone calls when I had questions. I felt more than comfortable having her by my side seeing how experience/professional she was. She put the insurance in their place when they crossed a line, and stood up for me to let me know she had my back. She made sure all my Bill's were paid off and that I would have some extra $$ in my pocket compared to what the insurance first offered me. Spoke with Gretchen, she was courteous and very helpful. Answered my questions and gave me the legal counsel I was seeking. I had contacted four different law firms, none were courteous enough to even give me a call back. I would speak with the receptionist who each of the four times claimed the person who’d be able to assist me was busy, and they would forward my information to them so they may reach back to me. None gave a call back.

Over all good customer service with case opening, and keeping clients updated but with more constant information with other parties will be helpful. Overall they managed to help and close my case, in a timely manner, and have integrity in there work.
