شکوفه امین در ظرف ۴ روز برای برای پسر من پاسپورت ایرانی و مهرخروج مشمولین سربازی گرفتند. و صادقانه به من گفتند که کارت ملی فعلا برای ایرانیان خارج از کشور صادر نمی‌شود از خانم شکوفه امین برای انجام کلیه امور حقوقی و کنسولی که برای ایرانیان خارج از کشور انجام می‌دهند تشکر میکنم که مانع از آن شدند که به دفتر حفاظت منافع به واشنگتن دی سی سفر کنم.

کمال تشکر را از خانم امین دارم که وکالتنامه خانواده ما را بر اساس قوانین ایران نوشتند و بدون اینکه به سفارت ایران مراجعه کنیم و هزینه سفر بدهیم، وکالت ظرف یک هفته تایید شد و وکیل ما در ایران به وزارت امورخارجه رفتند و وکالت نامه را دریافت کردند و بدون نیاز به تایید مجدد کارهای حقوقی ما در ایران انجام شد.
