Although Kevin may practice law in various forms now, do not ever doubt his expertise. I had Kevin for a family law case. He is smart, real, honest, and succinct in his work. My only regret is that I didn't get to see him at work in the courtroom. He is so good at managing your cost, doing the right thing along the way, and lives for his family. Mr. Mooney is a likable fellow. However, he and his firm appear only concerned with billing your file. I found his performance to be disappointing at best. I do not recommend him or his firm.

Mr. Mooney helped me to modify a support order. He was excellent in many ways. First, he is extremely knowledgeable about all family law, and remarkably skilled when working with the numbers that affected my outcome. I've worked with other family law lawyers and I have to say I was really impressed with him, and amazed with how responsive he was! Really, unlike the rest where you have to wait days for them to call you back, answer a simple question, make you feel like you're bothering them because they're too busy for you, etc. Mr. Mooney got back to me immediately every time I needed to discuss something with him. And, I know he's extremely busy, he was in trial and still got back to me right away! And then his responses weren't cursory either, they were extremely thorough and well explained to me. Again, unlike other attorneys I've worked with before. He's very kind as well, truly listening to what your real concerns are, not just assuming to know what you want.
