If there is a 10 Stars review, I would give to Cyrus. Cyrus is the best lawyer I have dealt with in my entire life. I was terminated in Feb 2020. I applied for UI benefits in March 2020 and EDD approved it. In April 2020, and during the hardest Covid-19 times for Job market and with No mercy, the employer appealed the claim. I called Cyrus, in 5 minutes, He called back and explained to me what will happen in the hearing from A to Z. I signed his retainer form which was crystal clear, no hidden fees and very straight forward. Cyrus research my case very thoroughly with all the finest details. He spent a lot of time with me to make 100% sure he did not miss anything. On the hearing date, the employer had a representative ( Counsel ) that did not participate since they knew that my lawyer is Cyrus and he is representing me. Case was dismissed. Two weeks later the employer reopened the case again. Cyrus honored the representation and spent a good bit of time again to do more case study. On the hearing, he was very detailed and asked me very valid questions that were critical for the case and clarified that the employer was totally unfair and unjust from the beginning to the end. Administrative Judge ruled the case for Qualified for benefits "Affirmed". I cannot find enough words to thank Cyrus for all his great and thorough work and effort. I would definitely refer friends and family to Cyrus.

Jonathan and his staff are the best! I did a very thorough search to find the best lawyer possible to fight my case. I spent a week calling and consulting with other lawyers. I received a DUi w/accident n August of 2018. I knew that I would be looking at jail time and possibly losing my job and decided that I needed a lawyer. I saw the reviews for Jonathan on Yelp and called immediatelyl. I met with him the following week and he knew something was up. I had been suffering from extreme depression for many years. Jonathan's first move was to help me find a therapist. When I made my first court appearance I was ordered to continue therapy and to attend 3 AA meetings per week for 3 months. Sounds easy but I didn't have a car and used Uber to get around. It was expensive but I still had my job and didn't end up doing jail time. I also attended 12-18 AA meeting per week to keep me grounded.The judge saw me 3 mos later and praised me on my efforts. I was granted diversion which is a course of action doled out by the court in order to get charges dropped. I was given another 3 mos. probation. Diversion is something not normally granted in DUI cases so the judge is making me the example. I don't mind because I have my life back, a job. a new car and the freedom to get around. If all goes well, I'll be off probation in January and then on to see if I can get my DUI reversed with the DMV. Jonathan helped my thru this, encouraged me and always put me first! He was and is always available He saw my troubles and if he hadn't helped me get into therapy, I might not have made it to be able to write this review. He's the real deal, kind and always explains my case thoroughly and between he and his wonderful assistant Erica, I'm always fully aware of every step. I found a great lawyer and made a dear friend.
