Mr. Perkins is very knowledgeable and spend a lot of time with us at a very reasonable set fee. He also made several changes for us at no extra fee.

We have used Kevin Perkins for a rather complicated trust since my wife was not an american citizen at the time. We had to make several changes since, and Mr. Perkins has never billed us for the changes. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and one of the best in the field.
