“It seemed intentional because he made sure to have conversations of our payment arrangements over the phone - therefore we believe it was to ensure there would be no trace of the verbal arrangements and via email it looked to his favor when he would make his demands.”

“It makes sense because client misconduct is what appears he was suspended for. 8 counts to be exact. In other words, don't waste your money. Only a crooked lawyer would prey on those in distress before taking that amount of money and then find it acceptable to abandon a client.”
