I called for a consultation and was initially disappointed with the individual I spoke with. To my surprise I received a call back from Vasili. He mentioned that this individual (the one I first spoke to) advised him to call me. I am floored by the consultation I just received. I can understand why the reviews may cause you to hesitate and be confused as to how some are so great and some are not. But I have to say I’ve had many consultations with many lawyers in the past and although this was on behalf of a family member, THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. I want to say Vasili went out of his way to provide exceptional legal advice and support but by the way the conversation went, I must say that this is just who he is deep down to his core. Do not do business with this law firm. They will take your money and then never speak with you again. Unprofessional and unethical.

For more than a year now I have been trying to get Saunders and Associates to handle a civil suit against Riverside county to try to obtain custody of my grandchildren. To date I have paid them over 24000.00 in January 2023 and received absolutely nothing substantial from them. At this point I am fairly sure that due to there inefficiency I will be unable to to obtain custody of my grandchildren.

Vasili Papas was extremely professional to work with. He was direct and detailed minded in our discussions. His communications with me were timely and succinct while he advanced my requested work. Finally, he completed my service quickly and without any drama for myself. I would happily hire Mr. Papas again should I have some future need for legal representation.

Company it’s a sham they take your money they do not represent or don’t open your cases and they do not represent you. They just answer if they are twisted to the opposite conceal motions, if they’re forced to respond I have given them over $28,000. They did nothing to my four cases. When I asked for my money back I get the run around stay away do not waste your money they take it and they refuse to return them.

I recommend Gary and his staff without reservation for legal assistance that anyone might need. The staff was wonderful and providing comfort to me in a time of great stress, and helping me to resolve professional problems with a worker group that was taking advantage of me.

Gary is great guy. Understand my problem right away and communicate with us well In process. Other staff also greatly knowledgeable. Must use service if any issues

STOP STOP BE AWARE hire them 1yr ago and have not move my case at all and extremely hard to communicate by phone ,tx,email as of now 11/16/2023 can't get any communication
