Ralph was so helpful and giving - I really needed to understand a concept to unlock the door to my success with a lending institution and he explained to me many times using a different example each time until I could understand! Thank you Ralph and Gary and Deanna and Tami - I have the key now and I am running faster than Carl Lewis and Flo Jo combined with it!

Had me sign a contract, took my money, and then refused to answer/return calls or respond to emails. I've been trying to reach this firm for over a month since I paid them and nobody will get back to me. Now I'm requesting to cancel services and get a refund and I still can't get anyone on the phone or a response to the multiple emails I've sent. Occasionally, I'll get ahold of someone at the front desk and they'll just put me on hold indefinitely. During initial conversations when they were collecting my deposit, they told me my case was simple and would likely only take 30-45 days to complete. At this point, it's been more than 30 days and I can't even get them on the phone to get the process started.
