I can’t put into words how appreciative I am to have worked with Ali and Travis. They are an incredible team that will fight for their clients. They made sure to communicate with me every step of the way and answered every question I had even if I asked it over and over. Anyone would be lucky to have them on their side. I truly can’t recommend them enough.

We found Mr. Shalchi on Avvo and after a couple consultations, we hired him for a rather significant litigation related to trademark infringement. He works by asking for a retainer, and as soon as the retainer is "consumed", he asks for another retainer. That means he is constantly being paid in advance, like a provision. We had no issue with this part. The case didn't go in the direction we were expecting, so at a certain point, after spending a significant amount of money, we decided to stop and dismiss the case, right after having paid the 3rd retainer. However, he never returned the retained funds once the case was dismissed and closed. We were hoping that he would return the retained funds or, at a minimum, send us a final invoice so that we could see where or how he used our funds and potentially claim the funds, but he didn't. After a few weeks of not hearing from him, we asked for our retained funds, and he sent us an invoice showing a zero balance and refused to return the retained funds.

Ali fought hard, and listened well to my side of things. He made this extremely stressful and tiring situation much less painful, and was always available to talk about the case if needed. He knew exactly what was needed and where the case would go every step of the way; all the whole never trying to persuade me in any difficult choices and just laying out the options and the pros and cons of each! Highly highly recommended.
