This was the most competent, knowledgeable and responsive legal organization I have ever dealt with. We had previously tried to follow the “Fiancé VISA” approach with a different law firm. It was a bureaucratic nightmare! After 10 months of USCIS delays with no feedback, we withdrew that application, got married and applied for Change of Status. 5 months later with no interview, my wife had her Green Card!
