The first thing to note about Mr. Bayati is that he is an honest and ethical attorney. Anyone who has dealt with one that was not would likely understand why this quality is very important when seeking to hire counsel. He charges a fair fee for quality work and seeks to minimize costs where possible. With that box checked, the next thing to note is that Mr. Bayati is sharp and knows the law exceptionally well. He is very familiar with Court processes in Orange County and the judges that administer them. He has a good network of specialist attorneys he can count on as well if anything falls outside of his substantial area of expertise. He has a good demeanor and presence, particularly on video calls with the Court during the pandemic. He is practical and looks for reasonable solutions acceptable to both sides when that is an option, but can be tough when the situation calls for it. Overall he is an excellent choice for a family law attorney. He helped me a great deal with a very complex custody case and I would highly recommend him.

Brian Bayati is the BEST attorney out there! Trust me; I interviewed many attorneys before selecting Mr. Bayati to represent me. I had already gone through two attorneys and my stress level was high and I was emotional when I met Mr. Bayati. I chose Mr. Bayati because he is candid, very knowledgeable, courteous and well-respected in the community. Since bringing him onboard, he has made more progress in two months than my previous attorneys had in a year. We may not always agree on the approach, but he always provides the rationale behind his recommendation and points out the flaws in my reasoning. The general perception is attorneys are self-serving and just want your money, but Mr. Bayati genuinely cares about his clients' best interests, is brilliant, has a great sense of humor and wants to win. What more do you want from an attorney? I am truly grateful that Mr. Bayati came into my life during one of my most difficult period and now have peace of mind that my boys and I are in excellent hands. I can go on and on about what a fantastic attorney he is but will just say he is truly EXCEPTIONAL.
