Gostanian law - Amy Gostanian - was referred to me by my New York lawyers. The communication and expertise from her office is top notch. They answered all my questions and explained different scenarios in easy to understand language. Her assistant Doug is kind and attentive. Highly recommend!

After my wife died, I contacted the Gostanian Law Group to draw up a new will and trust documents. They were knowledgeable, efficient and considerate in executing the necessary documents. I also had a problem with one of my wife's investments, and the investment firm used an incorrect document to claim I was not the beneficiary. They drew up a Spousal Property petition for me and filled it with the court. The investment firm then proceeded to transfer the assets to me. Overall, they stayed in contact with me, kept me informed and performed at a reasonable cost.

I had a hour consultation call with Cassidy who couldn't of been more communicative and professional with my Trust issues. She answered all the questions I had, and was very patient throughout the process. Thank you to Douglas as well, for initiating the call and coordinating the meeting.

Amy and her team are excellent. They formed the Special needs trust form my daughter and helped us with the administration of it during my daughter’s life. The law firm who we were dealing with the claim of the accident and who we are very grateful with, because of their humbleness and experience in accidents, they did what others firms didn’t even consider trying. After the accident case was settled, we needed a trust to receive the funds on behalf of my daughter and they try to set it up, but after a few hearing with the courthouse they just said, go see Amy, We did, and oh my goodness, they were able to set and get it approved in just one hearing. This is amazing for what I saw in the court room. Some cases NOT HANDLED by Amy, that I was able to hear during the several times we were in the court room with the accident attorney, some cases were already into 2 years and not resolved. When Amy took our case in her hands. Her staff was so professional that in the first try, the trust was approved by the court. In addition, they were very caring and supportive to us during the time of our relationship as client and attorney, and even though our relationship has ended after the passing of our daughter, I know that if in any case I need someone who I can fully trust blindly this is Amy and her team. Don’t listen to the false excuses. I have been on 2 hearing and both Judges wish to expedite issues, but this firm absolutely refuses to even attempt to do what was agreed and said in front of the Judges. But allows opposing counsel to lie with absolutely zero intervention. Documented in hearing. So 4 months of hearings and several months of doing nothing to help the backlog of cases. They take zero responsibility. Don’t trust. But they’ll file a motion against and threaten their own client, because they got their feelings hurt, etc for doing Nothing to progress and simplify and help move the case forward or help the grandchildren and beneficiaries.They’d rather waste court resources and time. Wow! …run people. Proud of false statements against their own client. False promises. Only helping the other side. Unbelievable erratic behavior. Trying to bait their own client. Didn’t work. Warning ⚠️ For my situation their own Client is bottom of importance. The opposing counsel is way more important than you. It’s a very tight group of attorneys working together as admitted and undeniable. Complete failure to do anything requested. Even their own peers are baffled. It’s so bad I need to explain later. This is definitely worthy of a Ca bar complaint. Could care less about the grief of losing your parents and their wishes. Clearly provided no evidence for proactive representation whatsoever. Clearly the sibling stole my mom’s belongings while alive and failed to do anything about getting them returned. Nothing!! Do they have any idea what they are doing? Don’t even get me started. Hopefully some entity will be proactive to disbarred all of these people in this industry. My experience. Yet to find a honest attorney ever.
