Klein and Wilson exceeded all expectations in handling our legal malpractice case. Mark Wilson and Joe Miceli did an outstanding job reviewing all applicable case law. They were very accessible and their follow up was outstanding and prompt. They frankly ran circles around defenses council and were superstars in deposition. When deposed individuals tried to avoid or not answer vital questions they rephrased and pinned them down They were also very helpful in developing sound strategies that enabled us to get a settlement above actual dammages without having to go to trial. You have to pay to get the best, but it sure pays to have the best on your side. They are indeed superlawyers and it's no suprise their firm is ranked in the top 20 nationally in their areas of expertise I highly recommend them!

Dimitri Gross came highly recommended and it was clear to me why, after I had the pleasure to work with him on what I consider a difficult case. A long-time customer of mine had become extremely delinquent and was refusing to bring their account to balance. After experiencing several months of futility, with a balance owing in the high six figures, I sought Dimitri’s help. Dimitri explained in plain English the options I had and how a lawsuit would proceed. He was very fair and reasonable with his costs and retainer arrangement. He was transparent in his communications with the opposing side and I felt like I was an integral part of the process from beginning to end. It was obvious to me that Dimitri makes it a practice to put himself in his client’s shoes and that he truly cares about those with whom he works. I also very much appreciated Dimitri’s prompt responses and updates throughout the entire process. With his outstanding efforts over a five-month period, Dimitri was able to recover 100% of the sizeable dollar amount owed to me by my customer, plus interest and all attorney fees. I could not have wished for a better outcome. Recovering these funds was certainly a goal, but with the questionable behavior of the customer over many months, there was never a guarantee that I would be able to recover the entire amount. Mark Wilson is the best attorney I have ever worked with. Mark and his team were extremely professional and empathetic in their approach to our situation.
