I think 1 star is enough for them. They have good customer service and they know exactly how to show their bright teeth! But that should never end there, because I signed a form to get a service and it was never received! I was injured in a car accident, and in return, I lose my car and get nothing in return. The lawyer was not helpful and I don't even think she negotiated an amount. They care about their piece of pie and they're good to go! When it comes to front desk service, yes they're up there, but when you get into serious stuff, they're amateurs and not helpful!

I was in a a horrible car accident in January, was rear ended at high speed. After going round and round with the guys insurance company I decided enough was enough and found The Ledger Law Firm. If you get in an accident in Southern California I would highly recommend Emery. As an attorney myself I know a good attorney when I see one. I would hire him!
