Ledger law helped me in one of the most stressful times I ever had. I got in a car accident, and the other insurance wanted to put the blame on me. At that moment I knew I had to lawyer up. I spoke to different law firms and narrowed it down to Ledger Law. The attorneys at Ledger Law took care of everything. I was worried about the cost, Ledger Law had confirmed Nothing is out of my pocket and not to worry. In that time in my life I was working crazy hours; the attorneys understood and communicated via phone and email. Any time my friends or family have a legal problem I always suggest Ledger Law. If they helped me they can help YOU!. Not only did they help me get my car replaced, but they helped my sanity. Car accidents are stressful and if you don’t want to feel helpless then you need to get on it and lawyer up with Ledger Law. Good competent attorney's! They keep you informed & in the loop always.

Research before choosing an attorney. If they will not charge you anything, they will take just about the same settlement amount you will. I don't think this is fair to you, You are the injured. If you sustained serious injuries, have someone help you choose an attorney. Talk to various about how much of the settlement amount they will keep in the end. Good service, the settlement amount they kept was not fair in my opinion.

I was involved in a pretty serious work place accident. I was crushed by a heavy equipment tire weighing around 2,000 pounds that shattered my pelvis and caused serious soft tissue damage, amongst other injuries, that resulted in a medivac helicopter ride to the hospital where I underwent emergency surgeries and spent the next 3 weeks. I have undergone more than 15 surgical procedures and a lot of recovering over the last year and a half. My case was a complicated workers comp case that was taken to the Ledger Law firm by my attorney from a different firm. He handled my case at Ledger Law for a few months before a family emergency came up and he had to leave the country to handle family matters. I was placed in the oh so horrible services of Daniel Sager and his assistant, I don't remember her name. Right out the gates I was having issues with Daniel. He wasn't responding to phone calls or emails when I was having issues with scheduling doctors appointments and medication approvals. When he did finally answer the phone and explained what was happening he told me that I wasn't the only one having issues and that he just had a surgical procedure. That's fine that you had a procedure but if you can't handle my case you need to hand it off to another attorney or a different firm, your medical issues can't affect a client trying to recover from a major workplace accident. After filling out release paperwork for all documents his assistant still wanted me to go get records from all my doctor's and give them to her, that's her job. He was polite enough to file an expedited hearing for denials on medications and physical therapy, except at the hearing he brought up the wrong medication. Then when I informed him and his team about this amongst other issues he said that it was the medication that the doctor had prescribed and I had to handle it. I tried to get physical therapy, tried to have them explain what happens towards the end of my treatment and my case, send multiple emails that he would either not respond to or only answer certain questions. Daniel was the only workers comp attorney employed under Ledger Law when I was their client. I tried to speak to someone else and was informed that he handled everything workers comp related and he was the only one there to deal with. I tried to contact someone at the top and everytime my calls or emails got routed back to Daniel and his team. He has his hands on other firms and it effects his ability to handle cases. I would never recommend him personally or the Ledger Law firm after my experience. This is my future and my life, with them you are not even seen as a number, more of a stepping stone. You can't give negative stars so they get one star.

Attorney Tate Casey has been extremely helpful. I recommend anyone who's been injured to use him and the Ledger Law Firm.

When I was struck from behind and injured, I had to act to take care of my situation. Enter the Ledger law Firm. I have never retained a law firm before on my behalf and I was a bit reluctant at first. When I met Doug Lechuga via phone etc, he immediately put my mind at ease. I am so thankful for a Firm that truly cares about their clients. The staff was wonderfully pleasant and Doug Luchua was always, always, There. He made a rough situation calmly smooth. Today I had the pleasure of speaking with a very well versed intelligent woman by the name of Desiree. I am a potential client looking for the best quality and price as good lawyers are hard to come by. I was assured I am working with the best of both worlds, while of course getting the best results. I am continuing to shop around but so far this was the best customer service as well as overall knowledge for my litigation I have heard so far, hands down.
