If it were at all possible to rate Dan Lively at negative Zero stars I would do so. He took our money, promised helpf to help us with our tax situation and we did not hear from him again. We contacted him every year FOR FIVE YEARS and it was the same answer, "The IRS is backed up due to tax cuts." Little did we know he was making absolutely no attempt to help us. Go elsewhere. You are in danger of losing money, not only to the IRS, but aldo to a greedy, self serving lawyer.

I hired Mr. Lively at the Lively Law Group to handle some financial/legal situations during a very difficult time in my life. Mr. Lively was very knowledgeable in both the financial and legal sides of my situation. He provided excellent and personalized service in expediting my case and resolving my legal issues. Mr. Lively holds a CPA and was notably willing to offer advise in assisting me with creating a stable & more robust financial future. Mr. Lively took on Chase bank for me in a litigation matter and was able to beat the banks claim that I owed them money. I was able to enter into a settlement with the bank whereby I owed no money. This was an awesome and unexpected result.
