I had a complicated wrongful termination that two previous lawyers said I didn’t have a case for. I was recommended to Ian at Bisnar Chase to see if he could help. Ian didn’t sugarcoat how difficult my case was but said he’d do everything in his power to help. Once we decided on a path to winning, Ian was nonstop with communicating with me and updating me when something changed. We ended up with an out of court settlement that was higher that I expected, especially since I was told by the other lawyers that there was no case. Ian Silvers is a standup honest attorney and really understands employment issues and violations.

Immediately upon contacting them I felt warmly welcomed & fully informed about the process. They settled my case so fast & got me the absolute best amount possible! Marta De La Torre was my attorney and she kept in constant contact with me providing me updates & keeping me aware of everything necessary to help my case! They even sent a gift on the day of my surgery!!! My biggest surprise was that they did not gouge me in fees and got me the highest amount possible for my claim! I had a very positive experience with Bisnar/Chase. I had a very serious head injury in 2022 - negligence by the company involved. I had medical bills arriving every day!
