When I reached out to Accident Lawyers Firm I wasn't sure what I was going to expect. I had just got hit and I had my two kids in the car. I reached out and just by the first phone call the team there were very concerned about my situation and wanted to help. I got assigned to Siri who was amazing and helped me through the process. I had been involved in a car accident and I was not at fault. After several months of Chiropractic therapy and almost a year of negotiations with the other persons insurance they finally said they were going to give me X amount, take it or leave it. From the moment I met their insurance agent, he kept trying to downplay my accident as if it were a “Minor Fender Bender”. And insisted I only needed a few sessions of therapy and with the chump change they were offering, I should get a massage. Haha After my Chiropractic sessions were done and my brand new car (which had approx 12,000 worth of damage) was fixed, it was time to really negotiate. I factored in everything from the time I missed work down to the gas I spent to go to therapy. They wanted to give me close to nothing so I knew I had to keep track of every penny I lost because of this accident. After giving them everything they asked for, (paycheck stubs, doctors notes, employers notes) I thought for sure I was going to get a decent settlement. I even thought that because I was nice and cooperative that they’d work with me. Boy was I wrong! After almost a year of them wasting my time, they said they are offering the same amount as they did in the beginning, oh and $50 more. I was at my wits end and started to cry. I told them I wasn’t even healed completely. But they didn’t care. I even threatened to hire an attorney. But they tried to discourage me and said if I did, I’d still get nothing and the attorney will get everything. I told them I had nothing more to say to them and hung up the phone! Working with Joe Nazarian and his staff on my claim has been a pleasure. Joe is very enthusiastic on behalf of his clients, and both Spencer and Ruby are super responsive and helpful. After being hit in a parking lot by a work truck backing out without looking, I tried to negotiate a settlement with the insurance company myself. They more or less snubbed me with a very low offer for my back pain and mental distress. I was in a car accident in January 2020. I was exiting the 5 freeway to merge onto the 55 freeway. The traffic and I slowed to a complete stop. The car coming off the 5 freeway behind me did not anticipate the stopped traffic, failed to slow down, and rear ended my car. My car sustained damages. More importantly, I had neck and shoulder pains after the accident which required treatment. My MRI showed injuries for which the pain management doctor recommended steroid shots. However, the other driver's insurance company refused to accept fault, stating that their insured driver gave the (false) testimony that I had backed up into his car in the middle of the freeway. Joe and his team fought for me, resulting in getting the other insurance company to pay for my car's damages and my treatment. On top of that, Joe procured a sizeable payment from the insurance company to compensate me for my pain and suffering. Joe was pleasant and professional to work with. I was rear ended when I was at a dead stop by someone going 50 mph. Right after my accident I was very hesitant to hire an attorney for a handful of different reasons. I'm not a litigious person and I didnt want to complicate things. I was completely blown away by this firm. They and my lawyer Siri are the best. I was injured near newport back in august of 2020 and I looked them up and found they had good reviews and gave them a call. I was assigned to Siri Herzog who was very supportive and listened and did more than i could’ve expected and more. Best lawyer I ever had. She really cared how it affected me and stayed in good contact with me. She fought and got me the maximum i could get. I wasn’t expecting much when this happened, just covered medical cost, but now I am so glad as my health bills are paid and I have extra 60k to spend. It was not fun getting hurt but, this made it worth it. Injury happened in August of 2020 and it was settled and check to me by June 2021. I am so glad that I reached out to Joe Nazarian and the Accident Lawyers firm when I was in my motorcycle accident. I was in a head on collision with another driver who was driving in my lane. The drive wasn’t paying attention and lied to the insurance company about what happened. Joe was able to prove the other driver was at fault with the photos and evident of the case. I also broke a bone in my hand and did get some compensation. Joe was able to get me the policy limits and I am happy with him and his team. Joe is the man. After my accident I was left in a horrible situation. I broke two bones, required surgery, and experienced the worse side effects of mental health due to my injury. I was in no way at fault, but the liability that fell on the other individuals insurance did not want to compensate me in a fair way.
