Spoke with Marc on the phone this morning about an insurance claim where the insurance company was giving me the run around after their client had already been found to be 100% at fault after arbitration. He was not able to take my case on as a client, due to the small amount of the claim (less than $1000), but did give some great advice that got me a call back from the adjuster (who had been not returning calls or answering his phone) within the hour.
