Michael Jeandron helped me with my case when no other attorney's were willing to assist. My case was unique and a bit complex but, Michael was 100% transparent, honest and professional from beginning to end. He patiently walked me through what the process entailed and set my expectations accordingly. From the beginning I felt at ease and was able to fully trust that Michael was looking out for my best interest which in my opinion is invaluable. Not only was he able to successfully settle my case, but he constantly checked in on me to see how I was recovering throughout the entire process. I will absolutely recommend him to anyone seeking help for personal injury.

I was involved in a motorcycle accident about a year ago. Roberts Law Firm stayed by my side during my whole recovery. This review is well overdue but I needed some time to figure out how to some up my experience with Jeff Roberts and his team. Life is very difficult and scary when you need a lawyer, let alone an injury attorney! I had talked with a couple lawyers before I was lucky enough to have someone refer Jeff to me and immediately I noticed a difference in Jeff's whole approach. He was calming, he didn't try to sell me anything he didn't know if he could deliver or pressure me into hiring him. He gave me as much time as needed, answered as many questions as I had and eventually we decided to move forward with my case. That's when things really took off. I was assigned an amazing case manager Ms. Priscila Mora and between her and Jeff I was very supported and taken care of during one of the most overwhelming times in my life. I think that it's also important to mention that this all started just before the pandemic and as things got increasingly crazy in the outside world I was sure that my case would be swept away and put on the back burner... but Priscila and Jeff kept everything moving right along, going to bat for me and communicating the whole time. I'm very lucky and grateful that I was able to have them take such good care of me!! Although being in an accident is never a pleasant experience Michael Jeandron made it as pleasant as possible. He was kind and respectful and honest. My accident was resolved very quickly with an outcome that was more than I expected.I would highly recommend him.

Jeff Roberts and his team are the most selfless group of professionals I've ever encountered. In April of 2019, while sitting at a stoplight at 11AM on a Saturday, two of my friends and I were hit by a drunk/high driver before she fled the scene. I was left with a severe traumatic brain injury and my two friends suffered terrible leg injuries. Though the driver was caught and now faces years in prison, my friends and I have endured long, expensive recoveries. After being referred to Roberts Jeandron Law, we discovered that the defendant had claimed zero assets and had bare minimum insurance coverage. This, as a personal injury attorney was a case you wouldn't want to touch - there would be pennies, not a pot of gold at the end of this story. But Jeff didn't think about financial gain - he saw three victims who truly needed help. He offered his time and energy to reach as good a resolution for us as possible. Furthermore, he asked only that his filing expenses be covered, forgoing ANY settlement percentage. If the three of us were not in such dire straits, we would be embarrassed to accept such generosity. Instead, all we could do was be humbled and grateful for the RJL team's help. I know our situation is unusual and this free service is not to be expected for all, but I'm writing this review to give a glimpse into the empathy and character of this team of professionals. They genuinely care for their clients and wish to provide the best results possible above all financial outcome for themselves. Thank you, Jeff and team. We owe you more than we can ever repay.

After our serious accident in 2019, Mr. Roberts and his Team gave 100% plus to support us and carry us through the complicated, and what would have been very stressful process of seeking fair compensation and support in healing. I was involved in a really bad motorcycle accident and was referred to Jeff Roberts from a family friend who had worked with him before. He called me and first wanted to talk about how I was feeling and never once made me feel like he was selling me on representing me. The whole process (which took almost 18 months) I felt I had a friend representing me. He not only helped me navigate through this crazy ordeal but made himself available to clear up any uncertainty I had throughout the case. This law firm is something else. I felt like I was dealing with a truly caring human being rather than a robot. I hope I never go through something like that again but I can rest assured knowing that if I do, I have someone in my corner who will do whatever it takes to make sure I am alright.

I had a few old tickets that had been open a long time that I wasn't aware were still open and were actually bench warrants!(I had paid another lawyer 15 years ago to handle!) I thought they were handled because they didn't show up on the court records or the DMV records and I was able to get my license back 15 years ago! but they were still open! only reason I knew is because I applied for my passport and was denied because of them, anyways Ms.Prizzia and her staff were able to get both cases completely dismissed! no fine! no probation! nothing! thanks again for your help! you guys did a great job!
