Robert Burch and his team did a terrible job on my divorce. Here are just some of the issues experienced: 1. Over charging for services at excessive amounts of time and when confronted ignored the issue and took no action to resolve it. 2. Very poor follow-up by him and his staff taking no action on critical issues, missing deadlines and not filing proper paperwork. 3. Disengaged from the entire process and pawning the work onto highly inexperienced staff that are too over worked to handle anything effectively and high staff turnover with little continuity with the case which negatively affected work product. 4. Frivolous and inappropriate filings 5. Not prepared for hearings, did not bring the proper paperwork to substantiate or support negotiations. Pulled things out of the air with little credence to case facts. Calculations completely inaccurate 6. Furthered his own agenda to drag a case out, file for continuances so as to run up fees and not deliver on the outcome of a case. 7. Little to any strategy or guidance and did not attend key events 8. Furthers his own agenda of over-billing getting cash payments verses caring about the client's interest and filing the proper paperwork for reimbursements from the opposing party like attorney fee awards. 9. Does not understand complicated manners or other areas of law and could not provide sound council on such matters.

Mr. Burch and his team were outstanding. We have all had friends with the horrible stories of incompetent attorneys milking the client or the system. Mr. Burch and his team are nothing like that. They get right to the point, explain the pros and cons, offer cogent advice, execute in a timely manner, and get to the resolution. At several points in this divorce process, the incompetence or whatever of the opposing attorney threatened to derail everything, but he and his team expertly steered the ship toward the goal. I couldn't have done it without them. If you are in need of his services, hire him first.
