I was involved with Tom Walley as part of a new born child custody dispute case. He claims to have the child's best interest in mind but really it's his pocket. He will send tons of wasteful emails, nickle and dime you for it. His arguments and offers are out of this world, never have I heard such ridiculous talk! He loves to make things up, watch out for his colicky baby scheme, it's a doozy! Had it not been for cost I almost wanted to continue to trial to show the other party how useless he is. He will make threats of DVRO for text messaging with zero ground to stand on. In the end me and the other party worked things out with zero input from him. I can't believe he even claims to be a mediator. He is rude, cocky and extremely unprofessional. Let's be real this guy is a real estate attorney he doesn't know family law, don't let him fool you. His 45yrs experience are NOT family law.

Tom, Is one of the most caring and understanding men I have ever met, he is so sensitive to your feelings and is so compassionate to how you are feeling. He is also makes you feel very safe and secure with your decisions. I am so honored to have Tom Walley as my attorney would not have anyone else. Thank you Tom you are the best.

If you're looking for someone who knows his stuff, treats you like a friend, uses your time and money like he would his own, and is truly an advocate trying to SOLVE your problems - Tom Walley is your guy. He is a great father with 4 grown wonderful children and understands family dynamics. I will and have recommended Tom to several of my friends. He's my attorney for life!

Mr. Tom Walley has handled numerous personal and business issues for both me and my corporation. He has also been referred by me on numerous occasions for his extensive knowledge and professionalism. He is the consumate gentleman and always speaks honestly and clearly. As a matter of fact, Mr. Walley is the ONLY honest lawyer I have ever encountered in 18 years of business. Mr. Walley is a true professional and I give him the highest marks for that. I believe that the person who wrote the only other review of Mr. Walley here is out of his mind somehow. He must be! Anybody who has had even the briefest contact with Mr. Walley will tell you that he is as professional and earnest as they come. It must be a case of mistaken identity or something. Nothing else will explain this preposterous and completely false characterization of Mr. Tom Walley. I guess anybody can write anything here and if people are so inclined, they will believe what they read, without finding out the truth for themselves. Too bad. It clearly states that there is no record of disciplinary action by the state bar. Sadly, it would appear that this ill informed matt person has fabricated things with the intent to hurt Mr. Walley intentionally. Pray for him. Pray for them both.

I hired this attorney to represent me in a lawsuit. He breached his fuduciary duty to me by cutting off communications with me right before trial. He then settled the case without my written consent or input and gave all proceeds to my ex-business partner. I filed a complaint with the State Bar in Jan 07 and although I don't know for sure, I believe he is being disciplined. I will update this when the State Bar gives me more information. They recently sent me an application for reimbursement from the Client Security Fund, unfortuantley they only payout $50k which is nowhere close to my damages. Now I get to spend another 2 years of my life in litigation trying to get my money back.
