If you are looking for an attorney that meets your specific needs...you have found him in John Ibrahim and his staff. From the initial contact we had with him, he was courteous, professional and above all, communicated with us in every manner associated with our case. Once in the Courtroom, I knew as soon as he began to address the judge, we were going to prevail in the case. He was extremely prepared and his demeanor was confident along with him being very articulate. In conclusion...we did prevail in the case. I retained John for multiple cases. My daughters father took me to court for 3 years. The original attorney I had was not great. After I retained John for the first case we came to a settlement and my daughters father settled for noncustodial parent. He then took me to court again asking for some physical and legal custody at which time he refused to return my daughter to me (for the second time) once again I retained John and once again we won the case. He then filed multiple Ex Parte orders which were all denied for lack of emergency and I retained John every time! The most recent case was for my sons father who has many legal issues and today we won sole physical and sole legal custody with no visits to father thanks to John! I have used Mr Ibrahim in my family law case and won each of my cases. 4 to be exact. Mr. Ibrahim is great at evaluating the specifics of a case and giving realistic outcomes.. He really works hard to get all of the information for the case and prepare paperwork. When in court he is very professional and a excellent speaker.

I must say John Ibrahim and his team matter when and where it counts! I've had two successful emergency orders granted within 6mo of each other. These are not easy to ask for or prove. Where to start..? The only thing Mr. Ibrahim will do, is get the best outcome for you, period. He is calm, polite, responsive, financially flexible and extremely professional, and most importantly, you always know where you stand in your case. Unlike civil or criminal courts, where you are essentially fighting the State, in Family Court, the only thing that matters is what's best for all the parties involved, especially the childrens'. But divorce and custody issues are not that simple and straightforward, unfortunately. There will most likely be the obfuscation of facts, intentional deceit, pettiness, mild to outlandish extortion attempts (you can call them "requests"), and outright lying. This is the unsavory bit associated with Divorce and Family Court in general, and it's well earned. And for all those reasons mentioned and many more, are the reasons why you need someone like John in your corner. In an emotionally charged setting you need an attorney that you can not only trust, but one that you deep down inside TRULY believe is fighting for you... this is your family we're talking about! You will not find a better fighter/attorney than Mr. Ibrahim. Certainly not at this price-point. I hired attorney Yahya Mohamed Ibrahim for child custody modification. After an unexpected turn of events, I had to hire Ibrahim for 2 additional cases last minute. With just a couple of days notice, Ibrahim presented very stern and smoothly. He knew exactly how to counter the opposing parties claims and take control in the courtroom. Out of a total in 4 cases, Ibrahim won 2 cases in my favor and with 2 more case's to go I feel confident, relaxed, and alot less stressful having him represent me.
